Reserved floor
An entire floor reserved for your group, with dedicated staff. The taproom keeps operating normally on the other floor.
Prices are set and invoiced in Brazilian reais (BRL). US dollar figures are an estimate at a reference rate of US$1 = R$5.05 and will shift with the market. Once your proposal is signed, the BRL amount is fixed — currency movement after that is on our side, not yours.
Minimum 20 guests for corporate events. Above 150, talk to us — there is room to work it out.

What no event hall has
The brewery
is open.
Your team is not going to a venue decorated with a brewery theme. They are going to the brewery. The tanks stand a few metres from the table, and the beer in the glass was made right there.
The guided tour opens up the whole process — malting, brewing, fermentation and packaging — with tastings along the way. It runs about 40 minutes, works well as the opening of the evening, and solves the classic problem of the company party: that first hour when nobody knows what to do.

Before you ask
What is the minimum group size?
20 guests for corporate events. Below that, a guided tasting is the format that works best — talk to us.
At how many guests do you close the brewery?
80 guests. From there the taproom does not open to the public that night: both floors, all 20 taps and the whole team are dedicated to your event.
What is the maximum capacity?
150 people comfortably, across both floors. Above that, talk to us before you fix the number.
Is there a minimum spend or a consumption charge?
No. The price per person is fixed and already includes drinks, food, staff and setup. What changes the price is the format you choose, not how much your team drank.
Can the menu be adapted?
Yes. Vegetarians, dietary restrictions and team preferences are accommodated — we just need advance notice.
What if the final headcount is lower?
The contract value is fixed on the agreed number. That is why it is worth discussing a realistic range before signing.
Do you host in English and Spanish?
Yes. The entire event, tour and tasting included, can be hosted in English or Spanish.
Do you issue a tax invoice?
Yes, a full Brazilian nota fiscal, with all taxes already included in the price quoted.
How does payment work?
50% on signing to hold the date, 30% up to 30 days before and 20% up to 7 days before the event.
Can we have beer with our company label and custom glasses?
Yes — it is one of the things people remember most after the event. Production takes 30 to 45 days after artwork approval, so it pays to book early. Custom can kits for guests follow the same lead time.
Is there parking?
Parking is on the street directly in front of the brewery. The area is quiet and covered by private neighbourhood security, which Grifo helps fund. For larger groups or events that call for extra care, we can arrange valet parking and dedicated security staff — that is an add-on, quoted per event. Tell us what you need and we will set it up.
